Tool Control Tool Control Solutions was founded in 2003. The company began with two closed cell foam products, kneeling pads and mechanic mats, which can be micro routed with customer information. The company has expanded to include custom multiple depth foam, which is used quite substantially in the aircraft industry and military sectors.
