The late Daniel M. Lang founded A & E Incorporated in 1932. From this one-man operation, A & E has developed a family of companies that manufacture and distribute automotive/industrial specialty tools, automotive test equipment, retaining ring pliers, foam products and quality German tools. A & E Incorporated also produces custom contract metal stampings and small engine pulleys. A & E Incorporated remains a privately owned "family" business.
